   • Reason for the refund request

3. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
   • Products that do not meet our quality standards, such as faulty vapes or unusable products, will be eligible for a refund when notified within the specified timeframe.
   • Products that fall under Route’s jurisdiction and are covered by Route shipping insurance will be processed for refunds by Route.
   • Route insurance is optional but must be selected for any refunds related to lost or damaged packages prior to original purchase.
     
     
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

   • If a package is damaged during transit and falls under the coverage of Route shipping insurance, please contact Route directly for any refund claims.
