Cannabinoids & Cannabis
Delta-8 THC is the legal hemp derivative and close relative to Delta-9 THC. Although Delta-9 THC has had main street popularity for decades, Delta-8 THC has become the new favorite. It’s well known for its smooth and subtle high and loved by many for its euphoric feeling. It’s even become a preference to Delta-9 THC for many due to its ability to reduce anxiety, hallucinations, and paranoia often associated with over consumption. There is lots more to learn about Delta 8 so please click HERE to keep reading about this legal THC and all it’s great benefits and properties.
HHC stands for hexahydrocannabinol which although may sound complicated, is actually just our familiar friend Delta-9 THC with an added hydrogen molecule. Many describe the HHC high as being somewhere between Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC, coming on in a more subtle manner with all the same positive uplifting and euphoric feelings while providing a smoother inhalation experience. It also shows great promise as many users have reported a smoother inhalation experience and it may not show up on drug tests.
The newest craze in cannabis that’s actually been around since the 1950’s! THC-O is derived from hemp just like Delta-8 THC but it packs a bit more of a punch. The euphoric and psychoactive effects are said to be even more potent than Delta-9 THC found in marijuana. It’s gained a lot of popularity for its sedative and calming properties which are great for reducing nausea, anxiety, and stress.
Cannabidiol, commonly referred to as CBD, is a cannabinoid compound found in the cannabis plant. It does not get you high and has countless proven therapeutic benefits such as reducing inflammation, stress, and anxiety. Countless peer-reviewed and government backed studies have demonstrated it’s multitude of healing properties. CBD is most effective when mixed with other cannabinoids and terpenes. When you see any of our products containing CBD you can rest assured these will be effective.
CBG, short for cannabigerol, has similar non-intoxicating benefits to CBD. It’s loved by many for its powerful pain relieving properties. We use CBG in a select few of our products to help balance out the high from Delta-8. It allows people to use our products for the benefit of getting high and having fun as well as assisting with common health issues.
Simply put, Delta 9 THC is the main compound found in marjiuana that gets you high. When people talk about how strong a certain strain is, they are usually referring to the Delta 9 THC content of that weed.
Terpenes are a unique natural compound found in almost all plant life. They are what produce the smell of everything from a rose, an orange and especially cannabis. Terpenes are widely discussed in conversations regarding cannabis because it’s what provides the smell and taste for the different strains. They are also known to have mental and physical effects especially when combined with cannabinoids such as THC or CBD, known as the entourage effect. We specially select all of our natural terpenes to enhance the high and provide delicious flavors.
In simple terms Sativas are better for day time and Indicas are better for night time. Sativas are typically a more fun and active high whereas Indicas are sleep inducing and better for pain relief. Then we have Hybrids which are a mix of the two, some are more Sativa leaning hybrids and some are more Indica leaning but overall they’re a great balance if you’re not sure which one you prefer more.
