Yes, we have discrete outer packaging. 

After an order has been shipped you will receive an email with all tracking information. This tracking information will also be displayed in your account dashboard and sent to you via email once the order switches from “Processing” to “completed”, a completed order means it has left our warehouse. You will also be able to track your package through ROUTE. 

We offer free shipping on every single order over $49, it will automatically be applied when you spend more than $49.
We offer free Priority shipping (2-3 days) on every single order over $100, it will automatically be applied when you spend more than $100.

Vape Troubleshooting

All of our vape cartridges are compatible with any 510-threaded battery. They are the most common battery for Vapes. Batteries are not included with our Vape Cartridges and must be purchased separately.

Clogs are an easy fix and often occur when too much oil builds up in the walls of the cartridge, the temperature is too cold, the device is overused. To prevent clogging, take shorter and lighter hits while trying not to overheat your coil (give it time between each hit).

Follow these steps to unclog your vape:

  1. Blow directly into the air intake forcefully (bottom of vape) for 2-3 seconds
  2. Inhale through the mouthpiece for 2-3 seconds
  3. Repeat this process 3-5 times or until the vape clears
  1. Remove Vape from Packaging
  2. To turn on the device, click the button 5 times quickly, an indicator light will turn on.
  3. Hold down button and inhale to use the device
  4. The device can be preheated by clicking the button rapidly twice, do not preheat it longer than 6 seconds. Please only preheat the device if you’re having trouble using it the first time or if a clog happens.
  5. To charge the device, insert a USB type C charging cable into the charging port at the bottom of the device, the LED will be on when it’s charging and turn off when it has fully charged. The Device can be used while charging.

 

Do not attempt to charge the device with a broken cable, it will cause the battery to overheat and short, rendering the device useless.

  1. Remove Vape from Packaging.
  2. To turn on the device, click the button 5 times quickly, an indicator light will turn on.
  3. Hold down button and inhale to use the device.
  4. The device has three temperature settings, rapidly click the button 3 times to change the temperature.
  5. The device can be preheated by clicking the button rapidly twice, do not preheat it longer than 6 seconds. Please only preheat the device if you’re having trouble using it the first time or if a clog happens.
  6. To charge the device, insert a micro USB into the charging port at the bottom of the device, the LED will be on when it’s charging and turn off when it has fully charged. The Device can be used while charging.

Cannabinoids & Cannabis

Both hemp and traditional marijuana are cannabis plants. The 2018 Farm Bill legalized the productions of cannabinoids derived from hemp (THC). Marijuana has much higher amounts of natural THC, whereas hemp is much higher in CBD but still contains large amounts of THC.

Delta 9 THC interacts with receptors in your brain and changes the way you perceive things, which can lead to feelings of euphoria, relaxation, and altered senses. Cannabidiol, commonly referred to as CBD, is a cannabinoid compound found in the cannabis plant. It does not get you high and has countless proven therapeutic benefits and properties. We use CBG in a select few of our products to help balance out the high from Delta-8. THC-A, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is the non-psychoactive precursor to THC. It doesn’t produce a “high” on its own but converts to Delta 9 THC through decarboxylation, typically through heat.
In simple terms Sativas are better for day time and Indicas are better for night time. Sativas are typically a more fun and active high whereas Indicas are better for night time for their sleep and recovery properties. Then we have Hybrids which are a mix of the two, some are more Sativa leaning hybrids and some are more Indica leaning but overall they’re a great balance if you’re not sure which one you prefer more.

Laws & Legislations

Yes, Delta 9 and Delta 8 THC are currently legal in 30 states and are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. The text of the bill states the federal legality of hemp and hemp-derived products such as Delta 8 THC containing less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. As per the law, “Tetrahydrocannabinols in hemp” are also now removed from Schedule I of the CSA’s controlled substances list pursuant to 21 USC § 812 (c)(17).
Yes, THC-A, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. While THC-A itself is non-psychoactive, it is a precursor to THC and is included in the legislation regarding hemp-derived products. The law specifies that hemp and its derivatives, including THC-A, are removed from Schedule I of the CSA’s controlled substances list when containing less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. Therefore, THC-A is federally legal under these conditions.
