This promotion (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by SERVD Distribution LLC, doing business as IndaCloud (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 4005 Felland Road, Ste 110, Madison, WI 53718. The Promotion is not administered, sponsored, endorsed by, or associated with YETI Coolers, LLC; Harman International Industries, Inc.; JBL; or any other third-party brand whose products are offered as part of the prize.
The Promotion begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on May 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s computer, set to Central Time, is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.
The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
Excluded Jurisdictions. This Promotion is void and entries will not be accepted from residents of, or persons located in, the following states and territories: Hawaii, Washington, and any other state or territory where any portion of the prize or the act of entering this Promotion is prohibited or restricted, or where registration, bonding, or other regulatory requirements have not been met. Any entry from an excluded jurisdiction is void.
Age and Employee Restrictions. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of this Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter by placing a qualifying order on indacloud.co with a pre-tax, pre-shipping merchandise subtotal of ninety-nine US dollars ($99.00) or more (a “Qualifying Order”). Discounts, store credit, and promotional codes applied at checkout are deducted before determining whether the order meets the $99 threshold.
Each Qualifying Order automatically receives one (1) entry into the Promotion. Entrants who place a Qualifying Order and enroll that order in IndaCloud Autoship (subscription) will receive two (2) entries in total (one base entry plus one bonus entry).
Cancellations. If an entrant cancels a Qualifying Order before it ships, or if an Autoship subscription is canceled before the first scheduled delivery ships, the associated entry or entries will be voided. Orders refunded as a result of standard returns after shipment remain valid for entry purposes.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 11, 2026 and received by May 15, 2026 to be eligible. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. Entrants may submit up to two (2) mail-in entries during the Entry Period, which is equal to the maximum number of entries available through the purchase method. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due, or undelivered mail.
All entries, whether submitted through the purchase method or the free mail-in method, have an equal chance of winning.
The maximum number of entries per person, per household, and per email address is two (2) entries total during the Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry or combination of methods used. Any entries submitted in excess of this limit will be void. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address, mailing address, or account. Use of any automated system, script, bot, or similar tool to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Store Credit Terms. The $200 IndaCloud store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, may only be redeemed at indacloud.co, cannot be applied to shipping or taxes, may not be combined with certain other promotions, and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance or it will expire. The store credit is valid only for purchasers who meet all applicable age and residency requirements for IndaCloud products.
Prize Conditions. The prize is awarded “as-is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor (subject to manufacturer’s warranty on product components where applicable). The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value if the specified component becomes unavailable for any reason. No cash redemption of the non-monetary prize components is permitted. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on the prize, and any other expenses not specifically stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If the winner’s state of residence requires it, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner and to the Internal Revenue Service reflecting the ARV of the prize.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
On May 18, 2026 at approximately 9:00 AM Central Time, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with entry within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Documents”) within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, fails to return the Prize Acceptance Documents within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the verified winner within approximately six (6) weeks of receipt of the completed Prize Acceptance Documents. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered prizes once the prize has been handed to a common carrier. If any portion of the prize is returned undeliverable, that portion may be forfeited.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, and statements relating to the Promotion for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
Information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in that policy and in these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion (or any portion of it) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, fraud, act of God, epidemic, pandemic, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, or should Sponsor determine that the Promotion cannot be conducted as originally planned. In such event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the date of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Sponsor’s website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable law or regulation; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and YETI Coolers, LLC, Harman International Industries, Inc., and their respective affiliates, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize or participation in this Promotion.
Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Wisconsin.
For the name of the winner (available after June 17, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address in Section 5, with “Winner Request” or “Official Rules Request” written on the envelope. Requests must be received by August 9, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
IndaCloud products sold on indacloud.co contain hemp-derived cannabinoids with less than 0.3% Δ-9-THC by dry weight and are sold in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”). State laws vary; it is the entrant’s responsibility to determine whether IndaCloud products are legal to possess and use in the entrant’s state. The $200 IndaCloud store credit component of the prize may only be redeemed by individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and who reside in a state where IndaCloud currently ships. If the winner resides in a state where IndaCloud does not ship, the store credit component may be forfeited; no cash substitute will be offered.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), X Corp. (Twitter), Google LLC (YouTube), TikTok, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
