I previously left a review on these gummies, and there are a few things I would like to add. I took 1/2 of one of these gummies this last Friday night. It affected me badly. It’s Tuesday and my brain and body are still not back to normal. I break out in sweats and I’m getting “zaps” in my head when I turn it too quickly. I still have no energy. Coincidence that this started the same night I first took this gummy, or am I sick from something else. I do not know, but be careful. The consistency of these gummies is really strange, as well. They’re very wet and feel a jello.

If you’re not use to taking sleep gummies, cut these in half or quarters to start with. Pretty potent.
